Addison Coty Memorial Turkey Trot set for Nov 16th

After losing her 18 year old son in a tragic car accident in July of 2018, Angela Demmons created a scholarship fund in his name to be awarded to a deserving senior each year from Calais High School.  Addison was an avid runner, and this year will mark the second Addison Coty Memorial Turkey Trot to benefit the scholarship fund.  The event starts with a spaghetti dinner and raffle Saturday Nov 15th at 4pm at the First Congregational Church in Calais and the race will be the following morning at Robbinston Elementary school with a fun run at 9am and the 5k race at 10am.  St. Croix Tissue and Woodland Pulp were happy to be able to contribute to the fund and support this worthy cause.  Addison’s stepfather, Jesse Demmons, is an employee of Woodland Pulp.  If you are interested in signing up for the race, please go to the following link:  https://localraces.com/bangor-me/search?q=Addison&t=0
